Failed Delivery, Returns & Re-delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted subject to courier policies.
  • In case the shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer may be contacted to arrange re-shipment or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Due to the perishable nature of sweets, returned shipments may not be eligible for re-delivery or refund.
