At Jai Bholenath Mishthan Bhandar (M/s Jay Bholenath Leadbite Sweets Pvt. Ltd.), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining food safety and quality standards. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders once confirmed may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of sweets.
  • To request cancellation (before dispatch), customers must contact us immediately via our customer support channels.
  1. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

  • Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of sweets, returns are not accepted after delivery.
  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items delivered.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or order confirmation).

Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sweets and food items once delivered
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items purchased during special offers or festive sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
  1. Refund Options

Once your complaint is verified and approved by our team, we may offer:

  • Refund to the original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
  • Replacement of the product (subject to availability), at our discretion

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
  1. Return Shipping / Pickup
  • Physical return of sweets is generally not required due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • If return is requested by our team for verification, instructions will be shared separately.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order ID / invoice
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging

Based on verification, we will:

  • Issue a full or partial refund, or
  • Arrange a replacement product

The decision will be at the sole discretion of Jai Bholenath Mishthan Bhandar.
